How to hyphenate lyrics for Sibelius

Hyphenate the text here, then add it to your score. Menu names differ between Sibelius versions, so follow the Sibelius Reference for yours.

1. Paste English lyrics into the tool and select Hyphenate.
2. Check Words to check and Musical choices, and edit the result if needed.
3. Copy one section without its [Verse] or [Chorus] label.
4. Paste the lyrics into the score, or download the .txt file and import it as lyrics from a text file to add them all in one go.
5. Check that each syllable sits under the right note.
